Makes numerous changes in provisions concerning: definitions; the establishment of the parent-child relationship; presumption of parentage; proceedings to declare the non-existence of the parent-child relationship; voluntary acknowledgment; rules for acknowledgment and denial of parentage; temporary orders; injunctive relief; standing; venue; genetic testing; joinder of proceedings; men who father through sexual assault or sexual abuse; judgment; the provision of information to the State Case Registry; enforcement; modification; and the right to counsel.
