Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Creates a credit against withholding taxes for each employer in the City of Chicago who (i) employs a covered employee at a job location in the City of Chicago in an occupation in which gratuities have customarily constituted part of the remuneration and (ii) is entitled to an allowance for gratuities as part of the hourly wage rate for that employee under specified provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago. Sets forth the amount of the credit. Effective immediately.
