Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that, beginning on August 31, 2014, the manufacturing and assembling machinery and equipment exemption includes graphic arts machinery and equipment. Provides that, beginning on August 31, 2014 and through December 31, 2019, the manufacturing and assembling machinery and equipment exemption includes production related tangible personal property. Provides that, except with respect to production related tangible personal property, the manufacturing and assembling machinery and equipment exemption is exempt from the Acts' automatic sunset provisions. Effective immediately.
