Bill Title: Amends the Commission on Equity and Inclusion Act. Provides that the Commission shall supervise (rather than oversee) the implementation and effectiveness of supplier diversity training of the State procurement workforce (rather the implementation of diversity training of the State workforce). Effective immediately.
