Bill Title: Amends the Nursing Home Care Act. Provides that a resident who is an end-of-life hospice patient, and who does not receive palliative care, has the right to a private room in the resident's facility, regardless of the resident's method of payment for residency at the facility. Provides that the resident's facility shall ensure that the resident's family members have full access to visit the resident at the facility.
