Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that, beginning on July 1, 2015, from the proceeds received under the Acts, each month the Department of Revenue shall deposit $500,000 into the State Crime Laboratory Fund. Effective immediately.
