Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Prohibits information obtained from a driver's license to be collected if the information may be used to discriminate against the individual. Provides that any person or entity that obtains information must disclose to the individual that the individual's information is being collected, and such disclosure may be in the form of written consent from the individual that the individual's information may be collected. Provides that any person who's information is collected may request, and shall be provided, a copy of the information collected.
