Bill Title: Amends the Barber, Cosmetology, Esthetics, and Nail Technology Act of 1985. Exempts from the Act persons who practice hair braiding. Defines the practice of hair braiding. Provides that the practice of cosmetology does not include hair braiding. Effective immediately.
