Bill Title: Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Prohibits the disposal by incineration of aqueous film-forming foam that contains perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances in an area of environmental justice concern. Permits the Environmental Protection Agency to adopt rules it deems necessary to carry out the provisions. Effective immediately.
