Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Provides that it is a Class 4 felony for a person who holds a license as a dealer, importer, manufacturer, or pawnbroker of firearms under the federal Gun Control Act of 1968 to sell or deliver a firearm to a person listed on the Federal Bureau of Investigation's terror watch list.
