Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that the purchase or use of a waste oil furnace or a waste oil boiler is exempt from taxation under the Acts. Effective immediately.
