Bill Title: Amends the Election Code. Provides that no image, symbol, or slogan shall appear in the heading of a petition for nomination other than the required information. Provides that any emblem or label indicating that the petition for nomination was printed by a union printer shall not be considered an image, symbol, or slogan.
