Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Exempts the following from taxation under the Acts: materials, replacement parts, and equipment purchased for use directly upon or for the modification, replacement, repair, or maintenance of aircraft, aircraft power plants, or aircraft accessories. Effective immediately.
