Bill Title: Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that on the effective date the amendatory Act the Sex Offender Investigation Fund will be dissolved and the remaining balance shall be transferred into the Offender Registration Fund. Amends the Murderer and Violent Offender Against Youth Registration Act. Provides that the Murderer and Violent Offender Against Youth Registration Fund will be dissolved and the remaining balance shall be transferred into the Offender Registration Fund. Provides that provisions concerning the Murderer and Violent Offender Against Youth Registration Fund are repealed on January 1, 2020. Makes conforming changes to the State Finance Act and the Sex Offender Registration Act. Effective immediately.
