Bill Title: Authorizes the Department of Central Management Services to convey certain specified property to the Village of Tinley Park for economic development and remediation of environmental hazards, for no less than the fair market value as determined by an average of 2 appraisals. Provides that the proceeds from the sale shall be deposited into the Mental Health Fund. Effective immediately.
