Bill Title: Amends the Cook County Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Removes a provision that required the chief legal officer of Cook County to be the legal adviser for the Board of Trustees of the Cook County Employees' and Officers' Annuity and Benefit Fund. Authorizes the Board of Trustees to employ an attorney to advise it in all legal matters.
