Bill Title: Amends the Gubernatorial Boards and Commissions Act. Provides that before a person nominated by the Governor for appointment or reappointment to any board or commission that requires the advice and consent of the Senate is confirmed, the person must disclose, in writing to the appropriate Senate committee, the names of all business and professional clients that the person or any corporation in which the person owns a controlling interest maintains a business or professional relationship at the time of nomination. Provides that any person serving on a board or commission that requires the advice and consent of the Senate on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act must disclose, in writing to the appropriate Senate committee, the names of all business and professional clients that the person or any corporation in which the person owns a controlling interest maintains a business or professional relationship. Sets forth the time frame for the disclosures. Effective immediately.
