Bill Title: Amends the School Code. In a Section concerning the School Bullying Prevention Task Force, requires the State Board of Education to convene the Task Force to continue to monitor bullying in schools and to consider any additional recommendations subsequent to the submission of its report to the Governor and the General Assembly, which recommendations must be submitted in a report to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before December 30, 2013. Repeals the Section on December 31, 2013 (instead of March 2, 2011). Effective immediately.
