Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Provides that the angel investment credit applies for taxable years ending on or before December 31, 2022 (instead of December 31, 2016). Makes changes concerning the annual report submitted by the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to the Governor and the General Assembly. Effective immediately.
