Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975. Provides that inter-track wagering or simulcast wagering shall not be conducted by an inter-track wagering location licensee at any location within 100 feet (rather than 500 feet) of an existing church or school. Removes language prohibiting inter-track wagering or simulcast wagering by an inter-track wagering location licensee at a location within 500 feet of residences of more than 50 registered voters. Effective immediately.
