Bill Title: Amends the Counties Code. Provides that on and after the effective date of this amendatory Act, each member of the county board shall be commissioned by the governor, and shall, before entering upon the duties of his or her office, take and subscribe the oath required by the Illinois Constitution, which shall be filed in the office of the county clerk.
