Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that, from August 15th through November 15th of each year beginning in 2012, propane used for agricultural purposes is exempt from taxation under the Acts. Effective immediately.
