Bill Title: Amends the Clerks of Courts Act. Provides that certain fees and costs shall be assessed upon the court's judgment of guilty or grant of supervision on each offense (rather than "case" or "complaint"). Provides that the changes made by the amendatory Act are declarative of existing law.
