Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975. Provides that organization licensees may determine and set hours and days of operation for inter-track wagering under an inter-track wagering license and inter-track wagering location license. Provides that organization licensees may determine wagering on simulcast programs on out-of-state races at wagering facilities at which inter-track wagering licensees and inter-track wagering location licensees who derive their licenses from the organization licensee conduct business.
