Bill Title: Amends the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that the Department of Revenue may furnish certain financial information to municipalities and counties (now, only municipalities) if the municipality or county agrees in writing to the Act's confidentiality provisions. Provides that the Department of Revenue is authorized to provide the information to municipalities or counties by electronic means.
