Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that the tax on gasohol applies to 100% of the proceeds of sales made on or after the effective date (currently, the tax applies to 80% of the proceeds of sales made before December 31, 2018 and 100% of the proceeds of sales made thereafter).
