Bill Title: Amends the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971. Provides that on and after July 1, 2019, the program of health benefits provided under the Act shall no longer apply to members, and dependents of such members, who are: (1) executive branch constitutional officers; (2) members of the General Assembly; and (3) members of the judiciary receiving benefits under the Act. Effective July 1, 2019.
