Bill Title: Creates the Native Prairie and Forage Preference Act. Provides that every State agency, where appropriate, shall give preference to using native prairie and forage plants to benefit pollinators, including, but not limited to, honey bees and monarch butterflies. Provides that the Department of Agriculture shall provide information when requested to support this initiative.
