Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Latino Family Commission Act. Requires the State Board of Education, the State Board of Higher Education, the Illinois Community College Board, the Department of Human Rights, and the Capital Development Board to provide a liaison to serve ex-officio on the Illinois Latino Family Commission. Deletes a provision requiring the Department of Public Aid to provide a liaison to serve ex-officio on the Commission.
