Bill Title: Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that the maximum equalized assessed valuation for the homestead exemption for veterans with disabilities shall be adjusted each year by the cumulative percentage increase or decrease reported in the All-Transactions House Price Index for Illinois. Effective immediately.
