Bill Title: Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with the following changes. Provides that a collective bargaining unit, contractor, or subcontractor that the Commission on Equity and Inclusion determines has not satisfied the requirements of the Act may file an appeal of the determination with the Commission. Changes references from "civil penalties" to "remediation fees". Makes changes in provisions concerning definitions and prequalification. Effective January 1, 2026.
