Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Increases the list of special registration plates that any vehicle owner, or spouse of the vehicle owner, who has been approved for benefits under the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief Act, may receive a discounted registration fee upon purchase of the designated plate.
