Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Exempts persons who have served in the United States Armed Forces from the requirement that persons at least 18 years of age but less than 21 years of age successfully complete an adult driver's education course in order to receive, renew, or retain a driver's license or permit.
