Bill Title: Amends the Municipal Code. Provides that the municipal clerk may also publish the treasurer's account on the municipal website. Provides that if a municipality has of population of less than 500 and has no newspaper or website, then the notice shall be posted in 3 prominent places with the municipality. Effective immediately.
