Bill Title: Amends the Freedom of Information Act. Provides that provisions allowing the withholding of specified information apply to all public bodies, regardless of whether the public body meets certain criteria. Exempts from disclosure records in the possession of any public body (instead of records in the possession of any public body "created in the course of administrative enforcement proceedings, and any law enforcement or correctional agency for law enforcement purposes"), but only to the extent that disclosure would interfere with law enforcement in one of several enumerated ways. Effective immediately.
