Bill Title: Amends the State Commemorative Dates Act. Provides that the second Sunday in June each year is a holiday to be known as Children's Day (El Dia de los Ninos). Provides that Children's Day is to be observed throughout the State as a day to recognize and acknowledge the lives of all children.
