Bill Title: Amends the Counties Code and the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the corporate authorities of any municipality or county may, by ordinance, prohibit any clothing donation box placed on any property within the county or municipality by any person, organization, association, or business that is not officially recognized by the United States Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt entity under the Internal Revenue Code. Effective immediately.
