Bill Title: Amends the Clerks of Courts Act. Provides that in counties with a population of 3,000,000 or more inhabitants, amounts authorized for fees are increased for: filing a complaint, jury demand, appearance, garnishment, or wage deduction; a mailing, certified copy, certification, or record search; probate cases; criminal and quasi-criminal cases; tax deeds; and other matters. Makes other changes.
