Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012 and the Unified Code of Corrections. Repeals provisions concerning armed habitual criminals and habitual criminals. Provides that notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, a person convicted under those statutes shall be eligible for consideration of parole conditions if his or her final conviction was not first degree murder, aggravated criminal sexual assault, or predatory criminal sexual assault of a child. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to make conforming changes.
