Bill Title: Amends the Auction License Act to provide a licensed auctioneer to sell real property at auction. Provides the requirements for a real property auction qualification. Amends the Real Estate License Law. Creates an exemption for a licensed auctioneer who has obtained a real property auction qualification under the Auction License Act. Effective immediately.
