Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that no company may determine the premium rate or underwriting through a method that is in any way based upon the gender of any person. Amends the Health Maintenance Organization Act to provide that health maintenance organizations shall be subject to the provisions of the Illinois Insurance Code prohibiting gender rating. Effective immediately.
