Bill Title: Amends the Public Building Commission Act. Provides that a county board is not required to receive referendum approval to expand the purpose of a public building commission to include acquiring, enlarging, improving, repairing, replacing, or constructing a statutorily required government facility, including but not limited to, a courthouse.
