Bill Title: Amends the Department of Central Management Services Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Illinois Transparency and Accountability Portal shall provide direct access to a database of all current State grants, sorted by grantee name, awarding agency, grant value, and the purpose for which the grant is awarded. Effective July 1, 2013.
