Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Increases from $15,000,000 to $30,000,000 the amount the General Assembly shall appropriate annually for apportionment to counties for construction of bridges 20 feet or more in length. Provides that the amount of grant for an approved road district project shall require at least $1 of local funds committed to the project for each $9 (rather than for each $4) that may be allocated under the Code.
