Bill Title: Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that the Act may be cited as "Patricia's Law". Prohibits supervision disposition in cases where the defendant's violation of the Illinois Vehicle Code or similar local ordinance was the proximate cause of the death of another person.
