Bill Title: Amends the Department of Employment Security Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department of Employment Security shall provide a list of free or low cost health care options potentially available to applicants for unemployment insurance benefits. Provides that the Department shall notify an applicant by mail or e-mail, if e-mail is available, upon receipt of the application for unemployment insurance benefits.
