Bill Title: Amends the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department, subject to appropriation, to develop and administer 3 pilot programs that use work therapy to assist homeless adults transition into employment. Effective July 1, 2009.
