Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 1961 and the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that disarming a peace officer or correctional institution employee is a non-probationable Class 1 felony. Provides that an attempt to disarm a peace officer or correction institution employee is a Class 2 felony. Effective immediately.
