Bill Title: Amends the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that in accordance with applicable federal law and regulations, children who apply for medical assistance shall be presumed eligible for medical services provided under the State's medical assistance program, including dental services, pending a formal eligibility determination by the Department of Healthcare and Family Services. Provides that the Department shall adopt any rules necessary to implement this provision.
