Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 1961 and the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that the prohibitions on carrying concealed firearms or firearms in a vehicle and carrying firearms on a public way do not apply to parole agents and parole supervisors who meet certain qualifications and conditions.
